Role Overview
Senior Accountant - Reconciliations role supporting Recon Hub operations and an ARCS implementation.
The assignment is expected to last 3–6 months, with extension dependent on project confirmation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Recon Hub operations and ARCS implementation activities.
- Perform GL and AR reconciliations, including AR control, clearing, and accrual accounts.
- Analyze high-volume transactional data and identify root causes of mismatches.
- Coordinate with Finance, Treasury, Cash Application, and GL teams.
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
Key Requirements
- Strong experience in GL and AR reconciliations, including AR control, clearing, and accrual accounts.
- Strong knowledge of reconciliation methodologies, accounting controls, and financial close.
- Experience handling high-volume transactional data and identifying mismatch root causes.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion, SAP, or Yardi.
- Advanced MS Excel and analytical or AI tools knowledge.
- Strong stakeholder coordination across relevant finance teams.
