Hiring for a Senior Business Analyst – Product HCM role in Dubai.
The role supports live operations and requests for Salesforce products.
The assignment duration is one year with an extension.
Responsibilities
- Manage requests and live operations for Salesforce products.
- Manage and prioritize support requests and live-issue backlogs.
- Coordinate incident management and issue resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis and establish preventive measures.
- Troubleshoot complex issues affecting live digital assets.
- Communicate with stakeholders during issue resolution.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in product management or support roles focused on Salesforce products.
- Experience in live product operations and support within a large and complex organization.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Background in software engineering and support of live digital assets.
- Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and Jira.
- Experience with incident management and root cause analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Product Management or ITIL certification is a plus.
Location
- The role is located in Dubai.
