Senior Business Analyst - Product HCM opportunity with a one-year contract and possible extension.
The role is located in Dubai.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Product management or ITIL certification is a plus.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
Minimum Experience
- Three to five years of experience in product management or support roles focused on Salesforce products.
Skillset
- Experience in live product operations and support within a large and complex organization.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Software engineering background with hands-on experience managing and supporting live digital assets.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Kanban, or Jira.
- Experience with incident management and resolution processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage live HCM product operations and support within a large and complex organization.
- Manage and support Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Manage and support live digital assets using a software engineering background.
- Apply agile methodologies and tools to product work.
- Handle incident management and resolution processes.
