About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prioritize ticketing queues, resolve escalations, and clear blocking issues for Inventory and Asset Management activities
- Provide task specific guidance to a team of technicians for incoming/outgoing deliveries and documentation
- Coordinate with external stakeholders including third party warehouses, OEM vendors, and suppliers for inbound and outbound deliveries
- Perform assigned tasks and escalate issues during high volume work activity or escalation based situations
- Leverage process knowledge and technical skills to resolve escalations and clear blocking issues
- Maintain strong stakeholder focus to improve quality and ensure customer return on investment
- Ensure teams maintain and perform steps to keep inventory balance accurate
- Act as Subject Matter Expert about Return Merchandise Authorization warranty process
- Manage schedule of DBD destruction or shredding in partnership with senior leadership
- Attend, conduct, or assist in conducting daily safety briefings and ensure compliance with safety procedures
- Seek opportunities to contribute to workstreams and evolve processes toward simplification and automation
Requirements
- High School Diploma AND experience warehouse/supply chain in an information technology (IT) environment, inventory management, retail, warehouse management, or a related field OR equivalent experience
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
- Experience operating heavy load movement equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jacks, chassis lifts) preferred

Overview

Qualifications

- Experience in warehouse/supply chain in an IT environment, IT, and/or logistics, operating heavy load movement equipment for a large corporation (preferred)
