Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience
- 8+ years Financial Forecasting & Planning, Analysis, Modeling & Insights OR equivalent experience
- 5+ years Executive Stakeholder Partnership
- 12+ years of post graduate financial analysis experience (preferred)
- 3+ years experience in multinationals with multi product/multi segment finance roles (preferred)
- 3+ years work experience in matrix based organization (preferred)

- Are you excited about the opportunity to help shape the future of Cloud and Artificial Intelligence while partnering with some of Canada's largest organizations?
- The Canada Enterprise Finance team is looking for a Senior Finance Manager, Cloud & AI Platforms to support Microsoft's Azure products and solutions business in Canada.
- In this role, you'll partner closely with leaders across our Commercial Solution Area sales organization, helping guide financial planning, forecasting, business performance, and strategic decision making.
Responsibilities
- Provide clear, consistent, and actionable financial reporting, performance metrics, and executive insights.
- Partner with business teams to translate organizational priorities and goals into actionable financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and investment strategies.
- Monitor business performance and identify key drivers, opportunities, and risks.
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, including KPIs, monthly financial reviews, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
- Develop financial analyses, modeling, and research that help anticipate evolving business and finance needs.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations that support business growth, operational excellence, and long term success.
- Build collaborative relationships across finance, sales, and business teams.
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate opportunities and navigate complex financial challenges.
- Provide guidance and recommendations that help stakeholders understand trade offs and achieve business goals.
- Share business performance insights across local, regional, and worldwide finance organizations.
- Leverage best practices and learnings from across the finance community.
- Assess the potential impact of economic, market, and geopolitical changes.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.
- OR a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.
- 8+ years Financial Forecasting & Planning, Analysis, Modeling & Insights OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years Executive Stakeholder Partnership.
- Preferred: 12+ years of post graduate financial analysis experience.
- Preferred: 3+ years experience in multinationals with multi product/multi segment finance roles.
- Preferred: 3+ years work experience in matrix based organization.
Pay Range
- The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD 128,000 CAD 222,400 per year.
