About the Role
Microsoft seeks a Senior Data Center Inventory & Asset Technician to lead logistics operations in Doha. You will prioritize ticketed work, manage inbound/outbound deliveries, and ensure inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities
- Prioritize ticketing queues, resolve escalations, and clear blocking issues for Inventory and Asset Management activities.
- Provide task guidance to technicians for incoming/outgoing deliveries and document inbound/outbound packages.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders including third party warehouses, OEM vendors, and suppliers.
- Perform assigned tasks and escalate issues during high volume work or escalation situations.
- Maintain inventory balance accuracy and ensure teams follow RMA warranty processes.
- Manage schedule of DBD destruction in partnership with senior leadership.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Contribute to workstreams and evolve processes toward simplification and automation.
Requirements
- High School Diploma AND experience in warehouse/supply chain in an IT environment, inventory management, retail, warehouse management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check
- Experience operating heavy load movement equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jacks, chassis lifts) preferred
