Responsibilities
- Prioritize ticketing queues, resolve escalations, and clear blocking issues for Inventory and Asset Management activities
- Provide task specific guidance to a team of technicians for inbound/outbound deliveries and documentation
- Coordinate with external stakeholders including third party warehouses, OEM vendors, and suppliers
- Perform assigned tasks and escalate issues during high volume work activity or escalation based situations
- Maintain stakeholder focus to improve quality and ensure customer return on investment
- Ensure teams maintain accurate inventory balance
- Act as SME for RMA warranty process and ensure teams process failed vendor hardware devices
- Manage schedule of DBD destruction or shredding in partnership with senior leadership
- Attend, conduct, or assist in conducting daily safety briefings and ensure compliance with safety procedures
- Seek opportunities to contribute to workstreams and evolve processes toward simplification and automation
Requirements
- High School Diploma AND experience warehouse/supply chain in an IT environment, inventory management, retail, warehouse management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements including Microsoft Cloud Background Check

Overview
- As a Microsoft Senior Data Center Inventory & Asset Technician (DIAT), you will prioritize and assign ticketed work, provide guidance on logistics tasks, and ensure inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities
- Prioritize ticketing queues, work to resolve escalations, and clear blocking issues to enable continued delivery of IAM activities.
- Provide task specific guidance to a team of technicians for incoming/outgoing deliveries and documentation.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders including third party warehouses, OEM vendors, and suppliers.
- Perform assigned tasks and escalate issues during high volume work activity or escalation based situations.
- Leverage process knowledge and technical skills to resolve escalations and clear blocking issues.
- Maintain a strong stakeholder focus to improve quality and ensure customer return on investment.
- Ensure teams maintain and perform steps required to keep inventory balance accurate.

Qualifications
