A renowned Multinational company is looking for a highly creative and strategic Senior Copywriter to join our in-house Creative Studio team.
This role is responsible for developing high-quality, original, and impactful creative copy that strengthens global brand storytelling across campaigns, commercial films, and key brand initiatives.
As a key creative contributor, the role is responsible for developing innovative campaign ideas and creative concepts in collaboration with designers and the Creative Director, delivering work that reflects originality, clarity, and strong creative impact.
While working within an established brand environment, the role is expected to bring bold, agency-style thinking that enhances creative output beyond standard communication and drives stronger audience engagement.
Creative Concept Development
- Develop strong, original campaign ideas and creative concepts in response to creative briefs.
- Collaborate with designers and creative leadership to build integrated concepts across multiple channels.
- Contribute innovative thinking that elevates the overall creative quality and impact of the team’s output.
- Copywriting and Scriptwriting
- Write clear, compelling, and engaging copy across various formats including campaign headlines, taglines, brand messaging, and long-form scripts.
- Develop commercial and thematic scripts that translate strategic objectives into impactful storytelling.
- Adapt tone, style, and messaging for different audiences while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Brand Voice And Communication Excellence
- Support the development and evolution of the brand’s tone of voice across campaigns and communication platforms.
- Ensure all written content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent, distinctive identity.
- Maintain high standards of writing quality across all creative deliverables.
Creative Quality And Craft Excellence
- Deliver work that reflects high creative standards and strong attention to detail.
- Apply excellent editorial judgment to strengthen clarity, messaging, and audience impact.
- Balance creative storytelling with strategic objectives to produce engaging and effective communication.
Project Delivery And Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality output within tight deadlines.
- Work closely with creative teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Respond positively to feedback and adapt creative work efficiently to improve overall output quality.
Speed, Efficiency, and Consistency
- Deliver a consistent volume of high-quality creative work across multiple briefs and campaigns.
- Maintain productivity and momentum without compromising creative excellence.
- Adapt quickly to evolving priorities and fast-paced business requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of copywriting experience within an advertising agency or in-house creative team.
- Strong experience in campaign development, integrated campaigns, and scriptwriting.
- Portfolio showcasing creative concepts, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
