Responsibilities
- Partner with Housekeeping and Rooms Division management to drive butler service
- Ensure Butlers possess exhaustive knowledge of in suite services, room technology, and luxury amenities
- Lead meticulous inspections of butler pantries, vacant suites, and occupied rooms
- Collaborate with Front Office and Food & Beverage divisions to execute complex requests
- Guide and develop a dedicated, multicultural direct report
- Welcome and host local and international guests with immaculate etiquette
- Anticipate and resolve sophisticated guest concerns with discretion and emotional intelligence
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in a luxury 5 star brand
- Certified butler professional
- Strong leadership skills to develop and guide a multicultural team
- Knowledgeable of PMS, payroll and purchasing systems
- Ability to comprehend budgets, P&L statements
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Pre opening experience advantageous
- Middle East experience advantageous

What you'll do
- Responsible for partnering with Housekeeping and Rooms Division management to drive butler service.
- Ensure Butlers possess exhaustive knowledge of bespoke in suite services, advanced room technology, and luxury amenities.
- Lead meticulous inspections of all butler pantries, vacant suites, and occupied rooms.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Front Office and Food & Beverage divisions to flawlessly execute complex requests.
- Guide and develop a dedicated, multicultural direct report.
- Welcome and host local and international guests with immaculate etiquette.
- Anticipate and deftly resolve sophisticated guest concerns with absolute discretion and emotional intelligence.
What you'll bring

- Strong leadership skills to develop and guide a multicultural team.
- Detail oriented and hands on team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Passionate, dynamic and guest focused.
- Knowledgeable of PMS, payroll and purchasing systems and computer literate.
- Able to comprehend budgets, P&L statements, payroll and purchasing systems.
- Great communication skills with a strong guest service ethic.
- English is the primary language; you can comfortably communicate in this language.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position in a luxury 5 star brand.
- Must be a certified butler professional.
