- Deliver a seamless, warm, and highly personalized concierge experience for residents
- Welcome residents, families, and guests, manage arrivals and departures
- Oversee luggage and package handling
- Act as a central point of contact for residents
- Support, motivate, and coordinate Doormen, Lobby Hosts, Wellness Hosts, and Valet teams
- Maintain clear, professional communication with residents and internal teams
- Maintain complete knowledge of residence policies, facilities, and daily operations
- Support operational needs across day and night shifts and ensure thorough handovers
Requirements
- 1 2 years’ experience in a luxury hotel, branded residence, or premium customer service environment
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous eye for detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced, high expectation environment
- English fluency required; additional languages an advantage

- You are well‑organized, adaptable, and confident working independently, with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment.
- Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, always demonstrate professionalism, and collaborate effortlessly with colleagues across departments.
- English is the primary language used at AVA. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Additional languages are an advantage.
