  • You’ll also welcome residents, their families, and guests, manage arrivals and departures, oversee luggage and package handling, and act as a central point of contact, creating an effortless and always refined residential journey.

  • You will support, motivate, and coordinate Doormen, Lobby Hosts, Wellness Hosts, and Valet teams, ensuring alignment, consistency, and flawless execution of resident requests.
  • You will maintain clear, professional written and verbal communication with residents and internal teams while demonstrating complete knowledge of residence policies, facilities, and daily operations.
  • You will remain flexible, supporting operational needs across day and night shifts and ensuring thorough and effective handovers between shifts.

What you'll bring

  • You’ll bring your unique personality, warmth, and passion for ultra‑luxury service to the role and the Residences team.
  • You have a talent for building meaningful relationships, anticipating resident needs, managing multiple requests with precision, and delivering intuitive, polished service.
  • You bring 1–2 years’ experience in a luxury hotel, branded residence, or premium customer service environment, along with strong organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
  • You are well‑organized, adaptable, and confident working independently, with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment.
  • Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, always demonstrate professionalism, and collaborate effortlessly with colleagues across departments.
  • English is the primary language used at AVA. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Additional languages are an advantage.
