Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, polished, and highly personalized welcome experience in the lobby
- Greet residents, family members, and visitors with genuine care and professionalism
- Work in partnership with Doorman and Concierge team to fulfill resident requests seamlessly
- Support arrivals and departures through luggage assistance, resident deliveries, and thoughtful recognition
- Address residents by name and maintain a composed, welcoming presence
- Ensure effective communication and shift handovers
- Maintain full knowledge of residence policies, procedures, and facilities
- Support both day and night shifts as operational needs require
Requirements
- 1 2 years’ experience in a similar role or within a luxury hotel or branded residential environment
- Warm personality, attention to detail, and passion for luxury service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask gracefully in a fast paced environment
- English fluency required; additional languages an advantage

- You will be responsible for delivering a warm, polished, and highly personalized welcome experience in the lobby of AVA at Palm Jumeirah, greeting residents, their family members, and visitors with genuine care and professionalism, and ensuring every arrival and departure reflects the exceptional st
- You’ll also work in close partnership with the Doorman and Concierge team to ensure all resident requests are fulfilled seamlessly, supporting arrivals and departures through luggage assistance, resident deliveries, and thoughtful recognition, always addressing residents by name and maintaining a co

- English is the primary language used at AVA. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Additional languages are an advantage.
