- Provide professional and personalized service to guests
- Ensure allocated guest rooms are ready on time and special requests prepared
- Receive guests in a professional and friendly manner from arrival to departure
- Act as point of contact for guests during their stay
- Handle packing, unpacking, and serving Food & Beverage requirements in the room
- Assist guests and handle concerns professionally ensuring positive outcomes
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of assigned work areas, equipment, and materials
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in a similar position in a luxury 5 star brand
- Certified butler professional
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of PMS, payroll and purchasing systems
- Additional languages such as Arabic preferred

What you'll do
- Provide professional and personalized service to ensure guests receive the best experience.
- Be knowledgeable of in suite services, technology, amenities, hotel services and city wide activities.
- Ensure allocated guest rooms are ready on time and all special requests prepared.
- Receive guests in a professional and friendly manner, exceeding expectations from arrival to departure.
- Act as point of contact for guests during their stay, assisting with arrangements or requests.
- Responsible for packing, unpacking, serving Food & Beverage requirements in the room.
- Assist guests and handle concerns professionally ensuring a positive outcome.
- Responsible for cleanliness and proper handling of assigned work areas, equipment, and materials.
What you'll bring

- Detail oriented and hands on team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Passionate, dynamic, and guest focused with ability to deliver extraordinary guest service.
- Knowledgeable of PMS, payroll and purchasing systems and computer literate.
- Great communication skills with strong guest service ethic.
- Comfortable communicating in English; additional languages such as Arabic preferred.
- At least 1 year experience in similar position in luxury 5 star brand; pre opening experience advantageous.
- Must be a certified butler professional.
