What you'll do

  • Develop strong relationship within assigned leisure and corporate segment.
  • Drive revenue, room night production, and market share growth.
  • Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within designated markets (CIS, Europe, ASPAC).
  • Grow existing accounts through strategic account management.
  • Represent the hotel at client meetings, trade shows, sales missions, and networking events.
  • Build and execute effective sales plans that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to create bespoke solutions.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all interactions reflect highest standards.

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager within ultra luxury hospitality sector.
  • Mandatory experience in either Leisure or Corporate segment.
  • Established relationships and proven business success within specified markets (CIS, Europe, APAC).
  • Strong network of luxury travel partners, consortia, travel advisors, corporate decision makers.
  • Deep understanding of ultra luxury hospitality landscape.
  • Demonstrated track record of generating new business and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional relationship building, communication, and presentation skills.
