About the Role
Dorchester Collection seeks a Residence Manager for AVA at Palm Jumeirah to lead front-of-house operations, build and manage a team, and ensure ultra-luxury service for residents.

Responsibilities
- Serve as on ground ambassador for residents, ensuring ultra luxury living standards
- Build, recruit, and lead the full front of house residential team including Concierge, Doormen, Lobby Hosts, and Housekeeping
- Develop and nurture a high performing team through hands on leadership, onboarding, coaching, and performance management
- Define service standards for each front of house function
- Oversee all front of house and back of house residential operations
- Handle resident requests, feedback, and concerns with poise and urgency
- Support onboarding of new residents
- Monitor daily KPIs and operational checklists
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and RERA guidelines
- Drive resident engagement through curated lifestyle programming and events
Requirements
- Background in ultra luxury hospitality operations, 5 star hotel, branded residence, or private members club at a senior operational level
- Proven experience building and leading front of house teams
- Exceptional communication skills, polished and warm
- Highly organized and solutions oriented with sharp attention to detail
- UAE experience strongly preferred; familiarity with Dubai's luxury residential landscape is a distinct advantage
- English fluency essential; additional languages are an advantage
