- Lead the UAE market readiness assessment for the card management system
- Document and map local regulatory requirements (CBUAE guidelines, local scheme rules) to system capabilities
- Analyze gaps between current system functionality and UAE market requirements
- Define business requirements for credit card product setup specific to the UAE — including fee structures, interest models and local payment scheme integrations
- Coordinate with internal teams, the bank's stakeholders, and local authorities as needed
- Support UAT and go live readiness activities
Requirements
- 6+ years of banking experience with a strong focus on UAE credit card market
- Must be a UAE national or long term UAE resident with deep knowledge of the local banking landscape
- Thorough understanding of CBUAE regulations, local card product structures, and financial parameters
- Experience in card system implementation or migration projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills
