Role Summary

  • Senior Delivery Manager cum Portfolio Manager – HR Domain will own the end to end HR Technology roadmap, managing budgets and driving digital transformation.
  • The role demands an outcome oriented leader who can independently guide technical teams using hands on implementation experience.

Key Accountabilities

  • Own and govern the end to end HR Technology portfolio and transformation roadmap.
  • Define strategic technology roadmaps aligned with HR, DTI, and corporate objectives.
  • Prioritize investments, programs, and enhancements based on business value, risk, compliance, and resource availability.
  • Establish portfolio governance, delivery metrics, and executive reporting mechanisms.
  • Drive digitalization and AI powered automation across the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Lead large scale HR technology programs from ideation through production deployment and benefits realization.
  • Guide developers, architects, and squads using your hands on technical implementation experience.
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, agile delivery teams, and cross functional squads.
  • Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve critical delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers.
  • Act as the primary technology partner for HR Leadership and Business Product Owners.
  • Build strong relationships with the CHRO, HR Leadership Team, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Security.
  • Manage annual HR Technology budgets, CAPEX, OPEX, forecasting, and investment plans.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years of IT Program, Portfolio, or Delivery Management experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years leading HR Technology portfolios.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • At least one end to end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central from design through go live.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise scale HR transformations and managing medium portfolios.
  • Strong experience preparing business cases, securing executive funding, and managing complex vendor ecosystems.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. MBA or Master's preferred.
  • Expert in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and hybrid delivery frameworks.

  • High stakeholder satisfaction scores and effective vendor delivery against SLAs.
  • System stability, data compliance, platform security, and high employee adoption rates.
