- Own and prioritize the product backlog
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and acceptance tests
- Work with multiple Scrum teams to deliver business value
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into product features
- Validate delivered stories against acceptance criteria and Definition of Done (DoD)
- Participate in Sprint Planning, Reviews, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives
- Contribute to the product roadmap and support product vision
- Facilitate sprint demos and support user training during product rollouts
Requirements
- 6+ years of Product Owner/Product Management experience
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum (SAFe knowledge is preferred)
- Experience managing product backlogs and writing user stories
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- CSPO, SAFe POPM, or equivalent Agile certification
- Experience in Airline Operations/Aviation is highly preferred
- Technical or Data platform background with the ability to engage in technical discussions

Role Summary
- The Product Owner is responsible for defining and prioritising the user stories in the team backlog.
- They drive quality control and will validate that the stories delivered meet the defined acceptance criteria.
- They will work with the Product Manager to serve as the customer proxy and will support them in defining the product vision and roadmap.
- This role is a core team member of the agile scrum team. They will work with more than 1 scrum teams and will ensure the team understands the required features and functionality of products to be delivered in each iteration.
