Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for conversational booking applications
- Automate end to end testing of booking workflows and chatbot conversations
- Validate AI/LLM responses for accuracy, context, intent, and reliability
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, API, and UAT testing
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools
- Conduct API testing using Postman/Swagger
- Log defects, prepare test documentation, and collaborate with development teams to improve quality
Requirements
- 4+ years of Software Testing experience with strong automation testing expertise
- Hands on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation tools
- Experience in scripting using Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Experience testing Conversational AI/Chatbot applications
- API testing using Postman/Swagger
- Knowledge of JIRA/TestRail
- Understanding of AI/LLM testing, prompt validation, and response evaluation
- Experience in the Airline/Travel domain or booking applications is preferred

About the Role
- HTC Global Services is hiring AI Testers for a 1 year extendable contract in Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite).
- The role involves testing Conversational AI applications and Airline booking solutions.
