Role Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with proven experience in the Airline domain to drive Agile delivery for digital and technology initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate should have a strong execution mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience working with cross functional product and engineering teams in a fast paced airline environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning.
  • Remove delivery impediments and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
  • Coordinate with business, technology, QA, and vendor teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Track sprint progress, delivery metrics, and provide clear executive level status reporting.
  • Foster collaboration across cross functional teams while maintaining delivery focus.
  • Constructively challenge teams and vendors to improve execution and delivery outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices across the team.
  • Ensure successful delivery of airline digital initiatives such as booking, reservations, customer servicing, loyalty, airport operations, or related platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Scrum Master.
  • Mandatory experience in the Airline domain.
  • Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks, backlog management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery governance.
  • Excellent ownership, execution, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
  • Experience working with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Preferred

  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
  • Experience in airline functions such as Reservations, Passenger Services, Loyalty, Revenue Management, Airport Operations, or Customer Experience.
