- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning
- Remove delivery impediments and proactively manage risks and dependencies
- Coordinate with business, technology, QA, and vendor teams to ensure timely delivery
- Track sprint progress, delivery metrics, and provide clear executive level status reporting
- Foster collaboration across cross functional teams while maintaining delivery focus
- Constructively challenge teams and vendors to improve execution and delivery outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices across the team
- Ensure successful delivery of airline digital initiatives such as booking, reservations, customer servicing, loyalty, airport operations, or related platforms
Requirements
- 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Scrum Master
- Mandatory experience in the Airline domain
- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks, backlog management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery governance
- Excellent ownership, execution, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills
- Experience working with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence

Role Summary
- We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with proven experience in the Airline domain to drive Agile delivery for digital and technology initiatives.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong execution mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience working with cross functional product and engineering teams in a fast paced airline environment.
