Accountabilities

  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities to support employees and key stakeholders in adopting change across operational departments.
  • Conduct change impact and readiness assessments by stakeholder group, evaluating results to develop implementation approaches and plans that meet the specific needs of different groups.
  • Develop creative approaches to embed change across departments with diverse needs (e.g., large workforces, non captive employees, and shift based operations).
  • Provide advice and recommendations to senior leaders on how to approach change for programmes specific to their areas.
  • Develop and deliver communication plans for change programmes, aligning stakeholder communication needs with project milestones and developing associated messaging.
  • Develop communication collateral such as SharePoint sites, FAQ libraries, etc.
  • Identify change risks and define mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on go live/program implementation.
  • Undertake stakeholder analysis and execute stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Define change success metrics and use them to measure and monitor change progress.
  • Coach project teams and business representatives in managing change.
  • Develop change champion networks across Operations.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience delivering large scale business transformation initiatives focused on stakeholder management and change enablement, preferably within an operations or aviation environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in fostering a culture of change and strategic communications planning; airline experience is mandatory
  • Extensive knowledge of change management theory, design, and execution.
