Senior Business Analyst opportunity for a Product HCM assignment.
The engagement is a one-year contract with possible extension and is located in Dubai.
Experience
- Overall experience requirement is 7–10 years.
- Relevant experience requirement is 5–7 years.
- Bring at least 5 years of experience as a techno-functional consultant with Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Bring at least 5 years of IT experience covering development, solution design, configuration, and end-user testing.
HCM Applications and Modules
- Have strong knowledge of Fusion HCM applications, ORC, and Core HR.
- Have strong knowledge of Talent Management modules, including performance, career development, goals, succession planning, talent profile, and talent review.
- Have experience with Fusion Security and approval workflows.
Technical Skills
- Have strong knowledge of SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, customizations, Infolets, and HR dashboards.
- Have strong knowledge of HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, and HCM Fast Formula.
- Translate and map business requirements to software systems.
Communication
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal English communication, including report writing and presentation skills.
Contract Details
- The contract duration is one year with possible extension.
Responsibilities
- Provide techno-functional consulting for Oracle Fusion HCM products.
- Analyze, translate, and map business requirements to software systems.
- Support development, solution design, configuration, and end-user testing activities.
- Work with Oracle Fusion HCM, ORC, Core HR, and Talent Management functionality.
- Configure and support Fusion Security and approval workflows.
- Use SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, customizations, Infolets, and HR dashboards for HCM solutions.
- Work with HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, and HCM Fast Formula.
- Prepare reports and presentations and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
