Technical Skills and Competencies
- Finance transformation and process-improvement experience across record-to-report, accounts receivable, and financial close.
- Practical knowledge of Oracle ARCS, including Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching.
- Ability to prepare requirements, process maps, control designs, user stories, and test scenarios.
- Experience with ERP and EPM environments such as Oracle Fusion, SAP, and Yardi, including data and integration dependencies.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills covering reporting, KPI design, and data-quality assessment.
- Knowledge of project governance, change management, UAT, cutover, training, and benefits realization.
Assignment Details
- The stated location is Dubai.
- The contract duration is three to six months with possible extension.
Responsibilities
- Support finance transformation and process-improvement work across record-to-report, accounts receivable, and financial close.
- Define requirements, process maps, control designs, user stories, and test scenarios for finance systems and processes.
- Work across ERP and EPM environments and assess related data and integration dependencies.
- Prepare reporting, design KPIs, and assess data quality using advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Contribute to project governance, change management, user acceptance testing, cutover, training, and benefits realization.
Requirements
- Experience in finance transformation and process improvement across record-to-report, accounts receivable, and financial close.
- Practical knowledge of Oracle ARCS, including Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching.
