Senior Business Analyst responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM application solutions.
The role supports existing business technology solutions and develops new solutions to address business requirements.
The position is based in Dubai at the client office and involves advising and training business users.
Compensation and duration
- Salary is stated as 22,000 AED plus single benefits.
- The engagement duration is stated as one year, extendable.

- Job location is the client office and is explicitly onsite.
Required experience and knowledge
- At least 5 years of experience with Fusion HCM applications is required.
- At least 5 years of IT experience covering development, solution design, configuration, and end-user testing is required.
- Strong knowledge of ORC, Core HR, and Talent Management modules is required.
- Experience with Fusion Security and Approval Workflows is required.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, customizations, Infolets, and HR dashboards is required.
- Strong knowledge of HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, and HCM Fast Formula is required.
- The candidate must be able to map business requirements to software systems.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication is required, including reporting and presentation skills.
Job accountabilities
- Design, develop, and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll and Compensation Management solutions, including reports, Fast Formula, and HCM Extracts.
- Understand business-user requirements and configure applications according to business technology standards and design.
- Perform system testing with multiple use cases and deliver training to super users and end users.
- Document best-practice standards, policies, and governance according to the DA process.
- Support the Fusion HCM application environment.
