Key Responsibilities
- Hogan Lovells Cadwalader's Corporate and Finance practice group covers the full range of finance work.
- The finance team advises on a broad mix of financing transactions for a diverse range of clients, both lender side and borrower side.
- The clients of the team span all industry sectors.
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Additional hours may be required.
- Specific duties or responsibilities may be reviewed from time to time to reflect changes in personnel and management structure, staff location or services.
- All members of the firm participate in our Responsible Business program.
