- Possess good working knowledge and understanding of legal principles associated with the scope of work
- Show awareness of legal developments affecting specialist areas and attend appropriate training sessions
- Manage projects and ensure timely delivery to high quality standards
- Act as a source of advice to others, sharing knowledge and expertise
- Demonstrate financial awareness – attention to budgets and costs and timely completion of time recording
- Understand the industry and market in which clients operate

Requirements
- Experience as a senior finance lawyer within a top tier firm
- Strong academic background (minimum 2.1 degree)
- Excellent written communication and drafting skills
