- Work with M&BD Director and Partners to execute business plans for Riyadh office
- Manage financial performance of the practice, including monitoring capacity and profitability
- Implement systems for workload allocation and manage lawyer performance
- Develop and manage operational calendar for Riyadh office
- Ensure internal communication of office priorities and coordinate with comms team
- Maintain market awareness of legal sector and practice drivers
Requirements
- Prior experience (five years) in a professional services environment
- Prior law firm experience
- Understanding of the legal sector, legal products and drivers of the practice
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and networks
- IT literate especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong project management and co ordination skills

Role Overview
- The Practice Manager will work closely with the M&BD Director EMEA and Partners in Riyadh and Dubai.
- They will support the wider Middle East Practice Group including lawyers and M&BD team members.
- They will manage delivery of projects and goals identified in business plans and global strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy and business planning: execute business plan to support Riyadh office vision and strategy.
- Financial management: monitor financial performance, manage capacity and profitability.
- Staffing and workload allocation: implement systems for workload assessment and lawyer availability.
- Office administration: develop and manage operational calendar for Riyadh office.
- Communications: ensure developments and progress are communicated internally.
- Market awareness: understand relevant market drivers in legal sector and practice markets.
Skills & Experience
- Prior experience (five years) in a professional services environment.
- Prior law firm experience.
- Understanding of the legal sector, legal products and drivers of the practice.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and networks.
- Ability to influence across business functions without direct management responsibility.
- IT literate especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Gravitas and credibility, instils trust.
- Discreet and with the utmost integrity.
- Collaborative, with excellent interpersonal skills and rapport building.
