Role Overview
The partner company is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer based in the United Arab Emirates.
The role will architect and build an enterprise-grade Agentic AI orchestration platform from the ground up.
The position focuses on production-grade generative AI systems, reusable components, scalability, security, and reliability.
The role is performed in a remote environment and requires strong ownership, communication, and problem-solving.
Accountabilities
- Lead architecture, design, development, and implementation of the Agentic AI orchestration platform.
- Design modular, reusable AI components and intelligent agents using a multi-node architecture.
- Build production LLM applications with Claude APIs, LangGraph or LangChain, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, MCP, and multi-agent workflows.
- Define secure, scalable, maintainable, enterprise-ready agentic AI architectures.
- Build scalable Python and FastAPI APIs and backend services.
- Establish AI security and responsible AI practices for enterprise or regulated data.
- Provide technical leadership, guide engineering practices, and mentor technical teams.
- Evaluate trade-offs across scalability, performance, security, maintainability, and AI model capabilities.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to create robust AI solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex challenges and continuously improve platform reliability and capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall software engineering and/or AI/ML experience with senior architecture and engineering responsibilities.
- Professional experience building and operating production LLM-based applications.
- Advanced Python development and production backend-system experience.
- Hands-on Claude API integration experience.
- Strong LangGraph and/or LangChain experience for complex AI workflow orchestration.
- Experience designing Agentic AI architectures and multi-agent systems.
- Strong RAG knowledge and practical vector database experience.
- Advanced prompt-engineering capabilities.
- Experience designing scalable APIs with FastAPI.
- Knowledge of AI security, responsible AI, privacy, and enterprise AI governance.
- Experience with enterprise-scale or regulated data environments.
- Strong architecture, technical leadership, communication, collaboration, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
