Job Summary
Provide operational support for the Recon Hub and assist with ARCS implementation.
Ensure accurate, timely, and controlled reconciliation of assigned Accounts Receivable and General Ledger accounts.
Identify discrepancies, support resolution, and drive reconciliation process improvements.
Location
- The role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Duration
- The assignment is expected to last 3–6 months, with possible extension based on project confirmation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end reconciliation of assigned GL and AR accounts, including control, clearing, and accrual accounts.
- Review reconciliation results and investigate discrepancies, exceptions, unusual transactions, and high-volume data mismatches.
- Coordinate with Business, Treasury, Cash Application, GL, and Finance teams to resolve reconciliation issues.
- Prepare dashboards, KPI reports, management summaries, and risk updates.
- Support the Recon Hub and ARCS implementation while maintaining compliance with accounting policies, controls, and close processes.
- Identify automation and standardization opportunities, implement improved controls, and maintain audit trails.
- Complete assigned reconciliations accurately within agreed timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in accounting, financial reconciliation, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, or financial close operations.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliation methodologies, and financial controls.
- Experience with high-volume financial and transactional data and root-cause investigation.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion, SAP, Yardi, or similar ERP and accounting platforms.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and financial data analysis skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional accounting qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent is preferred.
- Familiarity with relevant analytical and AI-enabled tools is advantageous.
