About the Role
AWS Investment Group LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Receivable Accountant to manage the Accounts Receivable function in Dubai. The role involves overseeing the complete AR cycle, credit control, customer reconciliations, and ensuring timely collections.

Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the complete Accounts Receivable cycle
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and resolve billing discrepancies
- Prepare and maintain customer account reconciliations
- Process and record customer receipts, credit notes, and adjustments
- Review customer credit limits and support credit control activities
- Generate aging reports and provide regular updates on collection status
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to resolve payment related issues
- Assist in month end and year end closing activities related to receivables
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and UAE regulations
- Support audits by providing required documentation and explanations
- Identify opportunities to improve receivable processes and internal controls
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of Accounts Receivable experience, preferably within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and receivables management
- Experience in credit control and collection processes
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent is an advantage
- Experience in contracting, construction, real estate, or group company environments preferred
- Familiarity with UAE VAT requirements preferred
- Native Hindi Speaker Preferred

Job Summary
