Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive specialized in Water Pumps, Power Tools & Building Materials sales to join our team.
  • The Sales Executive will be responsible for effectively focusing and executing the sales and achieving sales targets within the region.
  • (Preferred candidates are those currently residing in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, and northern emirates as we are hiring for our offices across these locations.)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Visit customers to develop relationship with key decision makers and expand base for sale of Water Pumps/Power Tools/Hand Tools/Consumables/Accessories/Building Materials sales.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the line of industry.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
  • Understand market size, price level to help define the pricing policy.
  • Carry out machine or consumable demonstration with support of service team. Follow up on the trials till order finalization.
  • Follow up on customer’s enquiries, submitted quotations, complaints, and delivery related issues.
  • Follow up for payment / account receivables on timely basis.
  • Prepare sales reports on Daily/weekly basis to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order processing.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new machine technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering or a related field preferable.
  • Minimum 3+ Years industrial/UAE market experience in technical sales within the PT & BM industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building customer relationships.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non technical customers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
