About the Role

- Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with monthly closing activities
- Support VAT related documentation and filing requirements
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers and suppliers
- Assist in preparing financial reports and schedules
- Handle data entry and ensure accuracy of financial information
- Coordinate with internal departments on finance related matters
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Native Hindi speaker preferred

Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist with day to day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance department in various accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
