About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage day-to-day e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth online sales processes, maintain product information across digital platforms, and contribute to business growth.

Responsibilities
- Manage and support all sales related activities in coordination with e commerce and marketing teams
- Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory across e commerce platforms
- Process online orders, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely order fulfilment
- Monitor product availability and work with warehouse and sales teams to maintain accurate stock levels
- Track sales performance, website activity, and campaign results, and prepare regular reports
- Coordinate with marketing team to execute online promotions, campaigns, and product launches
- Handle customer inquiries related to online orders and ensure prompt issue resolution
- Ensure all e commerce platforms are updated with accurate and consistent product information
- Identify opportunities to improve online sales performance and customer experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, E Commerce, or a related field
- 1 2 years of experience in e commerce, online sales support, or a similar role
- Familiarity with e commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and order management processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills

- Familiarity with e commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and order management processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
