Job Overview

  • We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to strengthen and expand our presence across the UAE retail market especially in Watches distribution sales.
  • This role is ideal for a proactive and target oriented sales professional who thrives in a field based environment and possesses strong knowledge of retail and consumer distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and key decision makers.
  • Conduct impactful product presentations and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing business.
  • Enthusiastic about developing impactful brands across fashion, lifestyle, apparel, and consumer goods product categories.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with business objectives.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management review.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in field sales, business development, or retail account management.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE retail and consumer products landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self motivated, target driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a results oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions within the UAE.
