- Maintain accurate records of technical issues, solutions provided, and inventory of devices
- Work closely with other IT team members and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Address and resolve any technical issues related to the ERP system
Requirements
- Knowledge of desktop, laptop, and printer setup and configuration
- Basic understanding of computer systems, software applications, and networks
- Strong problem solving abilities and user support skills
- Must be Arabic Speaker
- Prior experience in IT support is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Roles & Responsibilities
- We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring devices, providing technical support, and assisting employees with hardware and software issues.
- In addition to general IT support, you will also be involved in handling ERP related technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Device Configuration: Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and printers for employees.
