Role Purpose
Maintain uninterrupted manual billing operations while permanent team members support standardization and automation initiatives.
Protect billing accuracy, control, and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute assigned manual billing activities from approved request through invoice creation and release.
- Validate customer, contract, pricing, tax, supporting-document, and approval information before billing.
Technical Skills and Competencies
- Hands-on experience with order-to-cash billing, invoicing, and period-end activities.
- Knowledge of billing controls, approvals, tax requirements, and supporting documentation.
- Experience with Oracle ERP billing modules and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Behavioural Competencies
- Highly accurate, dependable, and control-focused.
- Strong ownership of deadlines and pending actions.
- Responsive communication with upstream and downstream teams.
Assignment Duration
- The assignment is expected to last 3 to 6 months, with possible extension based on project confirmation.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in order-to-cash billing, invoicing, and period-end activities.
- Knowledge of billing controls, approval requirements, tax requirements, and supporting documentation.
