- Create a comfortable, inclusive, and uplifting end to end experience for all Knix customers.
- Actively listen to customers' unique needs and guide them to the right Knix products.
- Adopt a 'lean in' mindset toward sales targets and understand KPIs (AOV, CVR, UPT).
- Stay knowledgeable on product assortment and current promotions.
- Maintain high energy and engagement on the floor.
- Support visual standards, organization, and general operational needs.
- Escalate issues or opportunities to the Manager on Duty.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is considered an asset
- Must have the necessary work authorization to be legally employed in Canada
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lift and handle packages weighing up to 25lbs
- Ability to move efficiently through the store for long periods of time
- Available to work a flexible schedule including holiday, evening, and weekend shifts

Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is considered an asset.
- You love being part of a team and are a great collaborator.
- Ability to stay flexible, take initiative, and handle multiple customer interactions.
- Experience in a sales driven environment, working with KPIs and sales targets is considered an asset.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must have the necessary work authorization to be legally employed in Canada and be 18 years of age or older.

Compensation
- Hourly Salary: CAD 19.70 per hour.
- Contract End Date: September 11, 2026.
