- Create a comfortable, inclusive, and uplifting end to end experience for all customers
- Actively listen to customers' unique needs and guide them to the right products
- Work in a sales driven environment and strive to meet KPIs (AOV, CVR, UPT)
- Stay knowledgeable on product assortment and promotions
- Maintain high energy and engagement on the floor
- Support visual standards, organization, and general operational needs
- Escalate issues to Manager on Duty as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is considered an asset
- Must have necessary work authorization to be legally employed in Canada and be 18 years or older
- Ability to lift and handle packages weighing up to 25lbs
- Ability to move efficiently through the store for long periods
- Available to work flexible schedule including holiday, evening, and weekend shifts

Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is considered an asset.

- Ability to stay flexible, take initiative, and handle multiple customer interactions.
- Experience in a sales driven environment with KPIs and sales targets is an asset.
Eligibility Requirements

Compensation
- CAD 19.70 per hour.
