- Drive store performance by leading key sales initiatives such as clienteling and coaching team members
- Leverage KPIs and core business drivers to influence sales targets and pivot team focus
- Command the floor during peak segments, instilling urgency and bias for action
- Lead impactful floor meetings, training, and coaching to drive alignment and consistent performance
- Champion a customer first culture that builds comfort, trust, and loyalty
- Maintain operational excellence through strong inventory, shipment, and loss prevention practices
- Support hiring and onboarding process while developing sales talent
- Execute company and marketing initiatives including in store events and visual standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior retail leader in an upscale, premium, or fashion forward brand
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- People first leader with passion for developing others
- Deep understanding of operational excellence including planning, allocations, merchandising, and labour management
- Tech savvy and detail oriented with ability to leverage systems and data
- Must have work authorization in Canada and be 18 years or older
- Ability to lift and handle packages up to 25 lbs
- Open and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

About the Role
- As an Assistant Store Manager at Knix, you bring our brand to life through how you lead and connect every day.
- You are the performance driving force of your location, partnering with the Store Manager to empower Key Leads and Sales Associates.
The Opportunity
- Drive store performance by leading key sales initiatives such as clienteling, owning the floor during peak moments, and coaching team members.
- Leverage KPIs and core business drivers (traffic, CVR, AOV, UPT) to influence sales targets.
- Command the floor during peak segments, instilling a sense of urgency and high energy bias for action.
- Lead impactful floor meetings, training, and coaching to drive alignment and consistent performance.
- Champion a customer first culture that builds comfort, trust, and loyalty.
- Maintain operational excellence through strong inventory, shipment, and loss prevention practices.
- Support the hiring and onboarding process while taking a lead role in developing sales talent.
- Execute company and marketing initiatives including in store events, visual standards, and new store or pop up support.
