Responsibilities
- Create a comfortable, inclusive, and uplifting end to end experience for all Knix customers
- Actively listen to customers' unique needs and guide them to the right Knix products
- Adopt a 'lean in' mindset toward sales targets and understand KPIs (AOV, CVR, UPT)
- Stay knowledgeable on product assortment and current promotions
- Maintain high energy and engagement on the floor
- Support visual standards, organization, and general operational needs
- Escalate issues or opportunities to the Manager on Duty
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is considered an asset
- Great with people and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to stay flexible, take initiative, and handle multiple customer interactions with care and attention
- Must have necessary work authorization to be legally employed in Canada and be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lift and handle packages weighing up to 25lbs
- Ability to move efficiently through the store for long periods of time
- Available to work a flexible schedule including holiday, evening, and weekend shifts

Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is considered an asset.

- Ability to stay flexible, take initiative, and handle multiple customer interactions.
- Experience in a sales driven environment working with KPIs and sales targets is considered an asset.

Compensation
- CAD 19.70 per hour.
