- Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures in accordance with project plans, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Measure and cut materials, secure scaffolding components, perform safety checks, and report hazards or structural concerns to supervisors
- Work closely with other site personnel to ensure access solutions meet operational needs while maintaining a safe working environment
- Adhere to company safety protocols and participate in toolbox talks and site briefings
Requirements
- Strong scaffolding skills including assembling, adjusting, and dismantling scaffolding systems
- Working at Height and Fall Protection skills
- Confined Space skills for performing scaffolding tasks in restricted areas
- Relevant certification such as CSCS or equivalent safety and construction site credentials
- Solid understanding of occupational health and safety regulations
- Prior experience as a Scaffolder or in a similar construction role

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Scaffolding skills, including assembling, adjusting, and dismantling scaffolding systems.
- Candidates should possess Working at Height and Fall Protection skills, demonstrating safe practices on elevated platforms.
- Candidates should possess Confined Space skills for safely performing scaffolding tasks in restricted or enclosed areas.
- Candidates should possess relevant certification such as CSCS or equivalent safety and construction site credentials.
- Solid understanding of occupational health and safety regulations and ability to follow site specific procedures.
- Prior experience as a Scaffolder or in a similar construction role, preferably in large scale or industrial projects.
