- Inspect work areas and perform hands on carpentry tasks when needed
- Guide team members and maintain tools and equipment
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site
Requirements
- Strong supervisory skills including team leadership, task delegation, and performance monitoring
- Solid carpentry skills including framing, finishing, installation, and ability to read drawings and blueprints
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with site management, vendors, and team members
- Experience with heavy equipment relevant to carpentry and construction
- Maintenance skills for tools, equipment, and completed carpentry work
- Previous experience as a Carpenter Foreman or senior carpenter in construction projects is preferred
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices is beneficial

Role Description
- The Carpenter Foreman role is a full time, on site position based in Abu Dhabi.
- Oversees daily carpentry operations, including planning work schedules, assigning tasks to carpentry teams, and monitoring progress to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
- Coordinates with site management and other trades, interprets blueprints and project plans, and ensures proper use of tools, materials, and heavy equipment.
- Daily responsibilities include inspecting work areas, performing hands on carpentry tasks when needed, guiding team members, maintaining tools and equipment, and enforcing health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
Qualifications
