- Oversee daily masonry activities, including bricklaying, block work, plastering, and related construction tasks
- Supervise masonry teams, assign tasks, monitor workmanship quality, and coordinate with site engineers and other trades
- Read and interpret drawings, plan material and tool requirements, and ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment
- Support site safety practices, conduct toolbox talks, and report progress and issues to project management
Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a Mason Foreman or senior mason on construction projects
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task allocation, and on site coordination
- Experience working with Heavy Equipment related to masonry and construction activities
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with workers, supervisors, and project stakeholders
- Basic Carpentry skills to support associated construction and finishing tasks
- Maintenance skills for tools, equipment, and masonry structures
- Relevant experience in the UAE or GCC is preferred

Role Description
- This full time Mason Foreman role is an on site position based in Abu Dhabi with 5 years of experience.
- The Mason Foreman will oversee daily masonry activities, including bricklaying, block work, plastering, and related construction tasks, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
- Responsibilities include supervising masonry teams, assigning tasks, monitoring workmanship quality, and coordinating with site engineers and other trades.
- The role involves reading and interpreting drawings, planning material and tool requirements, and ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- The Mason Foreman will also support site safety practices, conduct toolbox talks, and report progress and issues to project management.
