Role overview

Architecture and delivery

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design across Public Cloud, Private Cloud, and On-Premise SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Conduct fit-to-standard workshops, define solution boundaries, and identify business requirements.
• Develop architecture documentation, integration blueprints, and data migration strategies.
• Design logistics solutions with effective integration to Finance and connected business functions.
• Govern solution integrity, scalability, consistency, and alignment with business outcomes through go-live.

Integration and innovation

• Define integrations across SAP and connected platforms, including CPI, BTP, Ariba, TM, EWM, IBP, and SAC.
• Monitor SAP developments including RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, BTP, AI, and automation.
• Incorporate relevant SAP innovations into solution strategies and account for India localization requirements.

Stakeholders and practice development

• Collaborate with customers, Sales, Delivery, and Practice Leads to ensure solution quality and consistency.
• Communicate architecture decisions, recommendations, risks, and business value to senior and CXO-level stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales through solutioning, proposals, RFP responses, estimation, and client presentations.
• Mentor consulting teams and strengthen internal SAP S/4HANA solution architecture capabilities.

Required experience

• At least 12 years of overall SAP experience, including three to five years as an SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect.
• Strong expertise in at least one major logistics process and cross-module integration, particularly with Finance.
• Deep knowledge of SAP integrations, connected technologies, solution architecture, data migration, and digital-core principles.
• Proven SAP Activate delivery experience and experience with fit-to-standard SAP Cloud implementations or rapid deployment templates.
• Experience balancing architecture quality, implementation practicality, constraints, and measurable business outcomes.
• Experience with senior and CXO-level stakeholders, pre-sales, proposals, RFPs, and client presentations.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, stakeholder-management, leadership, mentoring, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of India localization requirements and regional deployment considerations.

Preferred qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP and RISE with SAP architecture is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively across international delivery teams, industries, and business environments.
