Responsibilities
- Work on the transformation of finance processes from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand existing SAP ECC Finance landscape and requirements
- Design and implement a comprehensive strategy for migrating SAP FI and CO modules to SAP S/4HANA
- Manage end to end process for requirement gathering
- Support design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions
- Oversee testing phases including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT
- Provide guidance and training to key users and business stakeholders
- Monitor performance of SAP Finance system post implementation and identify improvements
Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules
- At least 2 3 years in SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Proven experience in leading SAP Finance projects, including ECC to S/4HANA migrations
- Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) modules
- Strong hands on experience in configuring SAP Finance modules
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori for Finance and SAP Analytics Cloud is desirable

Opportunity Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Work on the transformation of finance processes from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring seamless transition of financial data, reporting, and analytics.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand existing SAP ECC Finance landscape and requirements for S/4HANA transformation.
- Design and implement a comprehensive strategy for migrating SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to SAP S/4HANA.
- Manage end to end process for requirement gathering, ensuring business stakeholders’ needs are addressed.
- Support design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, including modules like FA, Tax, GL, Fund management, PS modules.
- Oversee testing phases including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide guidance and training to key users, functional leads, and business stakeholders on SAP S/4HANA Finance functionalities.
- Monitor performance of SAP Finance system post implementation, identifying opportunities for continuous improvements.
- Ensure all project documentation is kept up to date and complies with governance and audit standards.
- Collaborate with other SAP consultants, solution architects, and technical teams.
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Education & Experience
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with at least 2 3 years in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Proven experience in leading SAP Finance projects, including ECC to S/4HANA migrations.
- Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) modules, including new functionalities introduced in S/4HANA.
- Strong hands on experience in configuring SAP Finance modules, integrating SAP with other business systems.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori for Finance user interfaces and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for reporting is desirable.
- Familiarity with data migration techniques for SAP, including SAP Data Services or SAP S/4HANA migration tools.
