Role Overview
Lead the admissions and sales team to drive student enrollments, improve lead conversion, achieve revenue targets, and maintain consistent team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and monitor daily sales and admissions performance.
- Set and monitor daily and monthly sales and admission targets.
- Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, admissions, and collections.
- Coach team members on counselling, sales techniques, and conversion.
- Review individual performance and provide guidance.
- Support the team in following up with high-potential leads and closing admissions.
- Develop opportunities through referrals, promotions, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales performance reports.
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager and Head Office.
- Ensure compliance with pricing, policies, and sales procedures.
- Maintain a disciplined, positive, and performance-driven team environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader, Senior Sales Executive, Admissions Team Leader, or in a similar role.
- Education or training sector experience is preferred.
- Proven record of achieving sales and admission targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and student counselling skills.
- Strong knowledge of lead follow-up and conversion strategies.
