We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barbering & Hair Cutting Trainer to join our training institute.
The candidate will be responsible for training students in professional men's barbering, hair cutting, styling, shaving, beard grooming, and other men's grooming techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct practical and theoretical training for barbering and men's hair-cutting courses.
- Demonstrate different hair-cutting, styling, shaving, and beard-grooming techniques.
- Guide students through practical sessions and assess their skills and progress.
- Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and professional standards during training.
- Provide students with hands-on training and prepare them for professional salon and barbershop environments.
- Maintain a professional and engaging learning environment.
Requirements
- Strong professional experience in men's barbering and hair cutting.
- Good knowledge of modern men's hairstyles, beard grooming, shaving, and styling.
- Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Relevant barbering, hairdressing, or beauty qualifications are an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, professional, and confident in demonstrating practical techniques.
- Knowledge of manicure and pedicure is an added advantage.
