Role Overview
Join Newton Training Center as a target-oriented Sales Executive and Admission Counselor.
Convert student enquiries into admissions while supporting enrollment and revenue targets.
Sales and Admissions
- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Counsel prospective students about courses and programs.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
- Conduct sales presentations covering course benefits, fees, and enrollment procedures.
Customer and Student Support
- Build relationships with prospective students and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow up with enrolled students regarding payments and admission-related requirements when required.
- Maintain and update lead and student records in the CRM or database.
Marketing and Reporting
- Participate in marketing activities, campaigns, education fairs, and outreach activities.
- Submit daily sales and activity reports to the Branch Head.
- Work with the branch team to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
- Previous sales experience is mandatory.
- Strong communication, convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to handle enquiries professionally and convert leads into admissions is required.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications is required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude are required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in education, training, consultancy, or a similar customer-facing sales environment is preferred.
- Strong sales experience from other industries is also accepted.
