Role Overview
Newton Training Center is seeking an experienced branch supervisor for a training institute branch.
The role combines daily operations management with sales, admissions, customer service, and branch performance responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations and overall functioning.
- Supervise Sales, Admin, and other branch staff.
- Monitor sales, admissions, lead follow-ups, and conversion performance.
- Ensure monthly targets are achieved and guide the sales team to improve revenue.
- Handle customer inquiries, walk-ins, complaints, and escalations.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, performance, and productivity.
- Manage leads and prospective student follow-up.
- Prepare and review daily and weekly performance reports.
- Coordinate with Head Office and between academic, administrative, and sales teams.
- Identify operational issues and take action to maintain smooth functioning.
- Support company policies, procedures, and targets.
- Contribute to business development and branch revenue generation.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in branch management, branch supervision, sales, operations, or a similar role is required.
- Experience in an education or training institute or another customer-focused industry is preferred.
- Strong sales orientation and proven target achievement are required.
- Team supervision and management experience are required.
- Understanding of sales conversion, lead management, and customer handling is required.
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.
- The candidate must manage operational and sales responsibilities effectively.
- A target-oriented, proactive, and accountable approach is expected.
Workplace
- The role is performed in person at the branch.
