Role Overview
Newton Training Center is seeking a target-oriented and customer-focused Sales Executive / Admission Counselor for its training institute in Abu Dhabi.
The role handles enquiries, counsels prospective students, follows up with leads, converts enquiries into admissions, and achieves monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Counsel prospective students about courses, fees, schedules, and admission procedures.
- Follow up regularly with leads and prospective students.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and admission targets.
- Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up status.
- Build relationships with students and support a positive customer experience.
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate course information.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams on admissions and student requirements.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
- Participate in branch promotional activities and events when required.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, admission counseling, tele-sales, or customer service.
- Experience in an education or training institute is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive personality.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to handle targets in a performance-driven environment.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
