Female Sales Team Leader

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Team Leader to lead our admissions and sales team.

The role will focus on driving student enrollments, improving lead conversion, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring consistent team performance.

• Lead, motivate, and monitor the daily performance of the sales and admissions team.
• Set and monitor daily and monthly sales and admission targets.
• Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, admissions, and collections.
• Coach team members on student counselling, sales techniques, and lead conversion.
• Review individual performance and provide regular guidance and support.
• Follow up on high-potential leads and support the team in closing admissions.
• Identify opportunities through referrals, promotions, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Prepare and submit daily and monthly sales performance reports.
• Coordinate with the Branch Manager and Head Office regarding sales performance, lead quality, and marketing activities.
• Ensure compliance with approved pricing, company policies, and sales procedures.
• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and performance-driven team environment.

• Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader, Senior Sales Executive, Admissions Team Leader, or similar role.
• Experience in the education or training sector is preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and admission targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and student counselling skills.
• Strong knowledge of lead follow-up and conversion strategies.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and manage a sales team.
• Highly target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and reporting tools.
• UAE sales experience is preferred.
